Can beginners join?

 

Yes, sound baths are suitable for everyone, regardless of experience with meditation or sound healing.

What are the benefits of breathwork?

Breathwork can help reduce anxiety, improve emotional regulation, boost energy levels, and deepen your meditation practice.

Do I need experience in meditation or breathwork?

No prior experience is needed. The session is guided and designed for beginners and experienced participants alike.

 

What should I wear or bring?

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to breathe freely and relax. Bring water and, if you like, a yoga mat or cushion to sit on.

 

Are there any health conditions that prevent participation?

Breathwork may not be suitable for people with:

  • Severe respiratory conditions

  • Cardiovascular issues

  • Pregnancy (depending on the intensity of the breathwork)

  • Epilepsy

Please consult with a healthcare provider if you are unsure.

Will roses be present in the rose ceremony space?

Yes, roses are typically present in the ceremony space. However, if you inform me of your allergy, I will ensure that any rose elements are removed or adjusted to accommodate your needs.
