What to Expect:

  • Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in a soothing auditory experience created by various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The resonant sounds will help you release tension and promote a deep sense of peace. (in all around London)

  • Breathwork: Engage in guided breathwork techniques that can help you connect with your body, regulate your emotions, and enhance your focus. These exercises will empower you to harness your breath as a tool for relaxation and mindfulness.
